Staff Nurse
£15.05 per hour with an Incremental Pay Scheme

Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist nurse led provider who specialise in providing care for those with complex needs by delivering clinical excellence; their facilities specifically cater to younger and older adults with complex needs arising from mental ill health, developmental disorders, neuro-disability, autism, learning disability and major trauma.
The company started as a healthcare training provider for overseas nurses and became a nurse led care organisation when realising younger adults were placed inappropriately in elderly care settings and now offer a national specialist service for those adults operating with 25 + facilities and growing significantly this year.
We are looking for a Staff Nurse to work on one of their units in a large 80 bedded service which is split into 5 individual units catering for those with physical or mental disability and offers modern amenities to promote independent living.
The units in the facility are 10-15 beds to ensure one to one patient centric care is given and regular assessment can be completed accordingly. Your role as Staff Nurse will be to oversee support and nursing staff; leading a shift and acting as a point of contact for your patients MDT team and family members as a confident named nurse
As the company started as a training provider you will be offered an excellent full 2 week classroom and supervision based induction, you will be continued to be supported and monitored over a 13 week period after your classroom based training working closely with clinical trainers and senior staff on site completing training in safeguarding, NAPPI, quality improvement, mental capacity, NG/Enteral feeding and tracheostomy care.
