Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a part time position? Looking for a position that fits around life or studies?

Cordant Group are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Northampton HO on a part time basis. You will pay a key part in the successful running of the building and the reception function. Please read on for more information and how to apply.

Overview of Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the Office/Reception Manager:

* Postage and couriers

* Telephones/communications

* Organisation of office facilities including archiving and storage

* Room availability and visitor oversight

* Building maintenance including intruder & fire alarm testing, repairs, maintenance & cleaning staff, car parking, landlord matters, outbuildings and car parking

* Key holder coordination

* Stationery and supplies
