Our client is looking for an Operations Officer, to provide the efficient, effective and consistent back office support activities during the core business hours.
The Operations Officers main responsibilities will be:
* Providing secretarial and administrative support
* Assisting with report production and document formatting
* Assisting with managing calendars and arranging meetings
* Assisting with data entry, book-keeping and records management processes when required
* Producing the analysis, reports and other information required
* Resolving any day to day operational issues
* Other duties as reasonably required by the Operations Manager
The Operations Officer must have:
* At least four years’ experience in an office or administrative capacity
* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Worked on CRM systems
* Experience in organising meetings and diarising appointments
* Ability to organise and manipulate documents
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* At least GCSE/O level in Maths and English
* The ability to coordinate and work on several different activities running concurrently
* Great organisation skills
The Operations Officer’s working hours will be 13:30 – 17:30, the role is home-based, with attendance at meetings in London roughly once / twice a month.
Salary is £21,000 - £26,000 pro rata, depending on experience
