An amazing results driven American brand renowned for signature laser facials that take just 15 minutes with no down time are looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to educate guests on these cutting edge treatments and to deliver the benefits of their gorgeous skincare range. Working from one of London’s most beautiful and iconic stores, you will be responsible for working both on counter and front of house in the in-store clinic.

·24 hours per week

·£10 per hour - 12,480 per annum

·Guaranteed monthly commission

·3 days off per week

·2 weekends off per month

Responsible for helping guests feel confident inside and out, you will deliver outstanding customer service at all times using thorough treatment and product knowledge to demonstrate how each guest can get the best possible results to transform their skin.

Responsibilities:

·Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring their experience on counter/in the clinic is first class

·Educating and advising guests on the benefits of the signature laser facials treatments

·Turning advice into sales to maximise company revenue and achieve targets

·Welcoming clients on counter, giving guidance on product selection to enhance their skin

·Answer phone calls professionally, booking appointments efficiently using Booker system

·Assist colleagues to utilise Therapists availability, ensuring rota is maximised

·Maintain stringent standards of cleanliness in the clinic and counter at all times

·Ensure counter and clinic are fully stocked to avoid any shortfall in product availability

·Support instore events/promotions to promote the store/brand and drive sales

·Carry out accurate general admin and any other adhoc duties requested by your line manager

Requirements

·Outstanding communication skills

·Proven track record in the delivery of excellent customer service

·Ability to consistently exceed sales goals and targets

·Realise the importance of adhering to both store and brand policies

·Flexible with regards to working shifts/up to 9pm
