Permanent, Part Time (21 hours per week night working)

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and care leavers under 18, to join their new service, which helps them with the skills to live independently in a home that meets their needs.

You’ll be working with young people, who have a variety of complex needs, to help them maintain their tenancies long term. Working on an out of hours rota, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, take new referrals, and complete risk and needs assessments. You will also carry out health and safety checks on properties and reporting any issues found.

From time to time there maybe crisis situations and you will contact the appropriate agencies to resolve this.
