My client is looking for full and part time advisor's to join their Retention team!
The role involves speaking to lapsed customers and fact finding as to why they are not using them!
Key Responsibilities:

Growing their existing ebase by getting their partners back online!

Listen to their partners

Resolve their issues and offer a tailored solution,

Ensure their partners are satisfied and continue to partner with us
*
Resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's request; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution
Required skills and experience

A strong communicator/negotiator who enjoys building relationships
*
Ability to make quick decisions on their feet and think out the box
*
The ability to work to agreed outcomes
*
Excellent listening and communication skills
*
A resilient, can do approach
*
Can positively and professionally represent the Company at all times
