Work Based Learning Skills Tutor, Early Years and Teaching Assistant - 820
Salary; GBP 20,727 to GBP 24 593
Based at Dearne Valley College but with travel to the North West and Midlands
37 hours per week, Permanent - part time and job share considered

The role:
You will plan, promote and deliver employer aware, employer experience and employer ready activities for all learners. You will be a role model setting high student aspirations, develop their work skills and prepare them for their future within the Early Years and TA education sector. You will seek and develop effective relationships with local businesses to ensure meaningful employer involvement in order to allow your learners to fulfil their potential.
You will be responsible for setting targets with learners and employers and tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes. You will positively embrace change and equally understand the challenges faced within the Further Education sector.
You will need:
D Units/A1/TAQA
PTLLS/Awarding in Education Level 3
Occupational experience ideally qualified to Level 3 or above
GCSE A-C or equivalent, Functional Skills Level 2 (Maths, English & ICT)
