Assistant Manager/ Aesthetic Therapist

We are absolutely delighted to be supporting our client with their recruitment drive as they now have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Manager/Aesthetician to join this luxurious Medi Spa Clinic in the Wirral area. 

In this role you with be supporting the owner with the day to day running of the business while overseeing the team along with performing a range of advanced skincare treatments. 

Qualifications / Skills / Experience: 

•An NVQ level 3-4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
•Be well presented and professional at all times
•Management experience an advantage
•This roll will suit a proactive and driven individual with a history of producing excellent results.
•You must be an accomplished Aesthetic Therapist with extensive experience of performing advanced skincare treatments. 
•Advanced skincare knowledge and a passion for Aesthetics
•At least two years of experience performing a range of Aesthetic treatments is essential. 
•Experience in Non-surgical face lift, laser hair removal and Radio frequency, Semi permanent lashes would be an advantage.
•Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease 
•Strong team work ethic 
•Have the ability to up sell treatments and products
•Keen eye for detail ensuring that the clients receive an unforgettable experience and high standard of treatment. 

Brief Over View of Duties:

•You will assist the clinic owner with the day to day running of the clinic; ensuring treatment rooms and stock are well maintained.
•Drive the clinic forward, helping with marketing, and help team with reaching targets.
•You will hold patient consultations, perform a range of non-surgical Aesthetic treatment such as Non-surgical face lift, Laser Hair removal, Radio Frequency, Mesotherapy, fat reduction, chemical peels and much more, you will be expected to provide an excellent standard of customer care.
•You will perform face and body treatments for fat reduction and range of skin concerns and imperfections, using your advanced skin care knowledge to offer first class, bespoke service to patients.
•This is a luxurious and discreet clinic where you will work with state of the art equipment and products, with a close knit friendly team.

Package on Offer: 

•Basic Salary: £22,000 Depending on experience 
•Excellent Commission & Bonus structure on reaching sales targets for link selling treatments and retail and on-going training.
