Product Manager - Adult Care Sector - Flexible Working Available
In a nutshell
Innovate Awarding is an End-point Assessment Organisation approved to deliver end-point assessment for 29 standards in 9 sectors. The role will be remote with trips to Bristol Head Office and flexible national travel.
IAO is looking for an individual with diverse Adult Care sector knowledge and experience to achieve the requirements of the Product Manager role.
The successful applicant will be at the forefront of supporting the design and development of End-point Assessment for apprenticeships within the sector and will take a leading role in supporting employers and providers to develop the workforce of the future.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Adult Care sector either through direct experience or education/training. Experience of managing sector portfolios within an awarding organisation or training provider would be an advantage.
We currently provide End-Point Assessment for the sector across Levels 2 and 3 with higher levels in development, therefore experience of delivery of training or developing practice at these levels would be an advantage. Your knowledge and experiences of the sector will be utilised well to ensure we provide a product and service which is responsive and tailored for our customers.
You will be required to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics for this sector through close liaison with sector customers (employers, professional bodies, employer providers, training providers, colleges and schools etc.)
