Our client is looking for a talented and versatile Office Administrator to join their small team. The role is office based which would include general administration duties and face to face contact with potential customers/customers and tradesmen connected to the business. In addition you would be dealing with the phone, emails and taking bookings. You would also be involved with issuing invoices and dealing with finance related tasks. This position is based in a lovely rural setting, it is both busy and varied and where two days are never the same! Good Word and Excel skills are a must, and if you have experience of using Quickbooks, that would be beneficial but not essential for the role as full training would be given. If you are an experienced and competent office administrator who enjoys a busy office environment which includes dealing with customers in person and over the phone, then please apply with your up-to date CV. Our client is able to offer this role either as a full time position (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), or on a part time basis, Monday –Friday 9am to 3pm. *Car driver preferred due to location, however the position is based close to a good bus route
