Hours of Work

15 hours per week 
Alternate Weekends and every Tuesday 
9.30am till 6.00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our clients and guests. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organised, remaining calm and professional at all times especially during our peak periods. 

Ultimately, you will help build our reputation and brand by building friendly, trusting relationships with our clients and guests. 

Job Requirements

Warm and friendly greeting of clients, making them feel comfortable while they wait. Offering beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area. 
Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email 
Issue & Maintain client cards, keeping the database up to date 
Inform clients and guests of our monthly promotions, offers and services 
Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts 
Stocktaking 
Collation of statistics 
Ordering stock 
Gain product knowledge of the Espa retail range 
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area 

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel and all Google apps. 
Excellent administration skills required 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
Excellent customer service skills 
An ability to remain calm 

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience of hotel operations 
Confident in using current & varied social media platforms
