An expanding specialist construction company based in Poole has the following vacancy:
BOOK-KEEPER
Book keeping duties will include bank reconciliation, trial balance, journal entries with nominal ledgers, invoicing, data entry, creditors and debtors. VAT returns, some experience of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) an advantage.
Book keeping qualification such as AAT an advantage but not essential
You also need to be able to use a Xero package or have experience with a similar accounting package such as Sage.
This is a part-time role and the hours can be flexible. Will possibly suit someone with parental responsibilities as the hours can work around school hours or someone who is semi retired.
Typically 1 to 2 days week.
