Administration-Customer Service- £9ph - Temporary role
Your new company
Facilities management company based in Harpurhey area of Manchester are looking to recruit for a temporary administrator to assist in a increased workload. Initially this will be a full time role but if the workload decreases the hours may become part time.
Your new role
You will covering a range of administrative tasks for the office to maintain and update records within various information systems. You will be handling incoming calls into the office and offering excellent service to internal and external customers looking to resolve a variety of queries at first point. You will inputting large volumes of data onto spreadsheets to collate reports, raising purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices and handling confidential information with discretion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous administration experience and be able to show clear and confident communication both verbal and written. You will be PC literate and have excellent attention to detail. You will have experience in multi tasking and prioritising a busy workload with minimal supervision.
What you'll get in return
£9.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Ongoing temporary role
Monday to Friday working week
