Acorn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts candidate for a part time, permanent position based in Stone, Gloucestershire. The position is for 16 hours per week. A competitive salary is offered for this position.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

o Processing the monthly payroll (approximately 20 employees).

o Entering invoices onto the Sage Accounts system.

o Raising payments.

o Sending supplier’s monthly payments & remittance advice.

o Sorting out invoice/payment queries.

o Filing of delivery tickets & invoices.

o Credit Control.

o Bank Reconciliation.

Knowledge

o Sage Accounts 50.

o Computer skills.

o Good English & Maths.

o Good telephone manner.
