Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger / Office Assistant on a part time permanent basis.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
OUTSTANDING DEBT MANAGEMENT
* Making collection calls as directed by Credit Controller
RISK MANAGEMENT
* Process customer account changes as direct by Credit Controller
SALE LEDGER TRANSACTIONS
* Process invoice runs
* Process statement runs
* Send out all email documents
* Process and send all paper documents
BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
* Administer all proof of delivery (POD) paperwork
MARKETING AND TRAINING
* Assist the Marketing & Training coordinator in:
* Updating website products, including price reviews o Preparing mailing lists for marketing campaigns
REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION
* Answer telephone calls, directing calls, answering queries and signposting where appropriate
FINANCIAL CONTROLS & PROCESSES
* Administer paper filing systems as directed by the Credit Controller.
Hours of work - Up to 22.5 per week – Flexible between Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Rate of pay - £9 per hour
