PA to Director of Planning Policy and Decisions

£31,359 per annum, pro rata

Fixed Term 12 Month Contract, 4 days per week

Role Summary

We are looking to recruit a PA to provide executive level support to the Director of Planning Policy and Decisions. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a complex diary and busy mailbox, research and compile information for meetings, reports, agendas and ensure that the Director's time and work is prioritised according to commitments, key issues and work programmes. The role will also include a range of general secretariat and administrative duties.

This role is being offered on a four day per week basis.

This is a varied and interesting role, and a chance to be involved in one of the most exciting regeneration projects in London.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as they will need to be able to draft a variety of correspondence and engage with multiple stakeholders of differing levels of seniority. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work autonomously and be able to effectively prioritise their own work load, using sound judgement to interpret and analyse sensitive information.
