We are looking for behavioural science specialists who will apply a high level of knowledge and skill to make Hertfordshire County Council a leader in using behavioural sciences across our business, for the benefit of our residents.

From behavioural insights on recycling, to behaviour change for vulnerable young people and adults, we are looking for individuals who can help us and our residents thrive and be safer, healthier and more sustainable. The post holders will undertake and deliver the specialist / technical elements of embedding behavioural science on a range of organisation wide projects in line with the Council’s objectives and priorities, using a project management approach.

Based in the County’s Public Health Service, you will be part of an innovative team working across the Council and its many partners to enhance work streams, systems, and outcomes.
