Part Time Reception/HR Administrator
2 days a week
FTC until September
£22,000 to be pro ratad
Office Angels London Bridge have a new position for a great charitable organisation based in the Albert Embankment area.
The position will be a job share and will require the successful candidates to work 2 consecutive days each week.
They are looking for a candidate with previous Reception experience, great customer service and communication skills and able to work on their own initiative.
Duties of the role:
* Reception duties – meeting and greeting and answering calls
* Responsible for the main switchboard
* Manage all incoming enquiries
* HR admin – recruitment and new joiners and leavers and adhoc duties
* Manage the meeting room
* Sort and distribute all post
* Order household supplies
* Adhoc administration
Requirements for the role:
* Previous experience in Reception and administration
* Immediately available to start a new role
* Happy with a part time position
* Happy to commute to the Albert Embankment/Vauxhall area
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills
