POSITION: Sports Advisor

SALARY: 18 to 20 yo £6.76 and 21+ £9.03

BENEFITS: Company Pension, Staff discount

HOURS: Part time between 20h and 30h per week

Based in London, Decathlon is a busy sports store. The company has stores all over the world and believes that being active and discovering new sports every day is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Due to continued growth the company is now seeking a part-time Sports Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an interest in sport and some retail experience.

JOB ROLE:

As a Sports Advisor your role is to ensure all customers leave stores ‘satisfied or satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to deliver a 5 star shopping experience.

Through your own passion for sport you share your tips and experience with users and through hands on product training you are able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for.

Every Sports Advisor is encouraged to take responsibility to autonomously manage stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice.

You will be part of a shop floor team of like-minded Sports Advisors, practicing sport and celebrating victories together.
