Inbound Retentions Advisors - Part Time

Interviews will be held Tuesday 28th May 2pm

Salary: £9.37 per hour plus uncapped monthly bonus

Shift Patterns available: Mon, Tues 5-8pm and Sundays 9.30am - 6pm

Training Period: 5 weeks Mon, Tues, Wed 4-9pm and Sunday's 9.30am - 6pm

Location: Glasgow

Within the role of Retentions Advisor you will be tasked with delivering high-quality customer-centric solutions through engaging and educating customers on the company’s products, propositions and their award-winning network. You’ll positively re-enforce great team working across all channels and offer solutions to customers that match their needs, supporting the delivery of their company plan and strategy whilst helping to enhance their company reputation in the marketplace.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
