We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Support Worker to join us. You will be working in our supported living service supporting 8 people in their own flats within the home and out in the community and 5 people who live in the community. You will be joining our team of 8 support workers to promote person centred support and positive behavioural support when supporting people with complex needs whilst working with their support plans and risk management plans.

Your support will contribute to enabling and maximising the independent living skills for the people we support. You will support them to be involved in cooking, cleaning, shopping and leisure activities throughout the day. You will provide support with medication, finances and bill paying and support on holidays. You must be willing to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns including days, evenings and sleep-ins, including weekends and bank holidays. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
