Wells-Brooks Associates are recruiting Registered Nurses for a fabulous Care Centre in Cheshunt.

The Role:

We are looking for Registered Nurses who can lead their shift and supervise and develop the care team to support the delivery of high quality and individualised care to our elderly residents. You will build close relationships with your residents, championing their safety, dignity and well-being, and act as a role model in the delivery of excellent medical, physical and emotional care. The post holder will also be responsible for carrying out Nursing duties associated with the role, including medication management, wound management, care reviews and audits.

You will act as a Named Nurse for your own group of residents, assess resident needs, produce effective risk assessments and care plans, keep relevant records up to date and develop the plan of care as required according to changing care needs.

In this post you will be required to work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Right to live and work in the UK

* Recognised qualification as Registered Nurse

* Hold valid and current NMC registration and pin number (we will consider applicants who are awaiting their NMC pin number)

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work in and lead a team

* Applicants must have a desire to care for others and be compassionate and flexible
