Are you looking for a new role as a Marketing Communications Administrator? Do you want to work for a leading Medical Business? Are you interested in being responsible for supporting the Compliant Communications Team in their role as general management of the copy approval process for advertising and promotional materials and claims? If so this could be the right role for you!

This will be accomplished by partnering with internal and externals stakeholders, the Marketing Communications Administrator will be assisting the Manager and Specialists as they traffic and monitor submissions through their workflow cycles.

This is a new contract role, offered initially on a 6 month contract basis. This position is Part time working 22.5 hours per week (3 days x 7.5 hours).

In order to be considered for the role, the successful candidate MUST be able to speak one of the following languages alongside English: German, Italian, French.

Duties:

* Assisting Project Owner with uploading and linking references in the EOS Copy Approval system

* Monthly Team metrics

* Assisting Project Owner with the building of claims matrices

* Sharepoint site upkeep and maintenance

* Managing team document updates and adding to Sharepoint site

* Process and process development

* Ongoing partnership and communication with Compliant Communication Managers, Specialists and cross-functional stakeholders (Regulatory, Medical, Legal, HCC, Data Privacy, ITS, Communications, HEMA, Marketing, SLD & Prof Ed, Quality, Omrix) in order to achieve business objectives

* Respond to internal and external customer inquiries relating to references and claims

* Takes initiative to propose modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate

* Understanding and adhering to all relevant business SOPs

* Will be expert on copy approval workflow and digital asset management system in order to provide guidance and support to internal and external customers

* Pro-actively collaborate with the Compliant Communication technology team to identify and implement technology optimization

Experience and qualifications:

* Business experience / Marketing experience

* Knowledge of basic Marketing communication principles

* Cross functional team experience

* Personal computer skills, MS Windows, MS Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer)

* Microsoft Office extended (Visio, Project, Access)

* MUST be able to speak one of the following languages alongside English: German, Italian, French
