We are looking to recruit Band 6 radiographers to join our department at this exciting time for our Trust. Over the next 3 years we have a £485 million investment to redevelop the Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH) site in Brighton and this will include a new state of the art Imaging Department.

As a Band 6 Radiographer you will rotate through plain film, fluoroscopy, mobile and theatre imaging, CT, MRI and interventional radiology. There is also the opportunity to rotate to Hove Poly Clinic, our satellite site for GP and outpatient imaging, and the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital, where you can gain experience in paediatric imaging in both plain film and fluoroscopy. There is an out of hours\/extended working day commitment to provide a 24 hour emergency and trauma imaging service.

Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals (BSUH) is an acute teaching trust. RSCH is the major trauma centre for Sussex and the South East Regional Neurosciences Unit undertakes intra cranial, acute spine and neuro vascular surgery at RSCH in Brighton.

The Trust provides treatment to over three quarters of a million patients each year working across sites in Brighton and Haywards Heath. The Trust's specialised and tertiary services include arterial vascular surgery, neonatal, paediatrics, cardiac, cancer, renal, infectious diseases and HIV medicine.

Our department has held Imaging Services accreditation (ISAS accreditation) since 2014 demonstrating our position as centre for excellence in Imaging.
