Neighbourhood Administrator (Housing)
Salary £20,177 - £22,194 (pro rata)
Gloucester
Fixed Term Contract upto 12 months (to cover mat leave)
14 hours per week (Monday – Friday flexible hours)
Our client is a major provider of housing, regeneration, support and commercial services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
They have an exciting opportunity to join their Neighbourhood Team on a part time fixed term contract basis, to cover maternity leave.
As a Neighbourhood Administrator, you will provide administrative and front line support to the Neighbourhood Teams, in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include undertaking tasks such as booking appointments, sending out letters, answering calls, filing and mail mergers. You will also support and facilitate team meetings, neighbourhood meetings, send invites, co-ordinate agendas and take and circulate minutes. You will also provide support in coordinating appointments for prospective residents and making up viewing packs.
As the successful candidate, you will have a GCSE in English language and Maths or the equivalent ability level in English vocabulary, English verbal reasoning and numerical skills as well as significant experience in an office environment.
You will have excellent organisational and accuracy skills, the ability to use MS office systems, to be able to multi task and to meet deadlines. A team player, you will be approachable and possess excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with experience of social housing.
