Ancora Recruitment is an independent family owned and run Recruitment Business. We supply all categories of drivers to Logistics, Transport, Haulage and Distribution companies throughout South West England and Wales.
Ancora opened its doors in October 2016. Because of our continued growth, we find that we need to recruit extra personnel to help cope with the volume of drivers we deliver to the marketplace on a daily basis.
We currently have an office in central Bristol, BS1. But by the end of this summer we will be in our new bigger offices in BS11.
Your role will involve but not be limited to the following:
- Answering inbound calls from clients and workers
- Monitoring emails
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Entering the weekly timesheets for payroll
- Assisting with any pay queries
- Capturing and processing holiday requests from workers
- Checking, scanning and inputting candidate paperwork & compliance items
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good mathematical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Work well within a team
- High attention to detail
- Computer literate (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Hours of Work:
Monday 0900 til 1730, Tuesday 0900 til 1730, Friday 0900 til 1300
Flexibility for overtime during holidays and busier periods
30 minute daily lunch break
Salary/Hourly Wage:
£9.20 per hour
Based on 20hrs per week
Paid overtime is available during busier periods too
