We are working with a Local Authority based just outside West London who are looking to welcome a Planning Officer to the team, to assist in dealing with an influx of work.

The contract will initially run for 6 months, with potential to be extended. Your caseload will generally consist of householders and minors, therefore, experience with these applications is required. They are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running with processing applications.

The rate is around £30 per hour, but there is scope for negotiation depending on previous experience. There is also the opportunity of flexible home working and part time hours.
