Job Details

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to become part of the Service Charge Team. You will play a key role in investigating and collating financial information required for residents service charges. You will be responsible for managing the queries, e-mails and administration for this team. You will also have a supporting role for our team of Service Charge Leads and assist in producing the estimate and actual service charges. You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with administration and customer service experience. A basic understating of Service Charges, Finance and Microsoft Excel will be required as well as the willingness to learn.
