We are looking for an Administrator to assist in performing office based Document Control/Administrative/Cost activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all office staff to work easily and quickly and without disruption.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful, growing and exciting team.
As the Administrator you will:
- Good standard of education, NVQ or equivalent (not essential)
- Experience using electronic document management systems
- Experience working within administrative role
- Experience of providing advice and guidance within a support function
- Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
- Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
About the Highways Team:
Our projects encompass motorway widening, congestion relief, safety improvement and bypass schemes. Recent work includes M62 Smart Motorways, Lincolnshire’s new A1073 bypass, the A1 Improvement scheme from Dishforth to Barton in North Yorkshire, and the M74 Completion Project through central Glasgow, Scotland’s largest infrastructure scheme. Under Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) schemes, we engage with our customers as early as possible to maximise innovation, efficiency and cost savings.
