As part of our expansion outside of London, we have created a new region – our Counties region will develop homes across the UK and currently we have opportunities for sales associates to take responsibility for sales on projects spanning Warwick and Milton Keynes.  As such successful candidates will need to be flexible around location with likely travel to be required within 1.5 hours travel time of L&Q’s Wittan Gate office, MK9 1EJ. 

Reporting into the Regional Field Sales Manager, we are looking for ambitious individuals with a track- record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment. Essential will be your ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service, as this is key to everything we do. 

Essential skills: 
- First class negotiation and influencing skills 
- Proven track record of high end property sales experience preferably within new homes 
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills 
- Presentation and Networking Skills 
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
