Our Support Workers make a positive difference in their communities and most importantly, to the people they support. Are you looking for that meaningful and purposeful job?

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring females to join our team supporting 3 ladies in their own home in Stowmarket.

The ladies we support are aged between 30-50 years old and all enjoy music, arts and crafts, going to concerts and the theatre together and taking part in `race for life` every year. As a Support Worker you will assist with personal care, finances, meal preparation and other general tasks within their home and community.

You will be joining us on a permanent part-time or full-time contract. As we provide 24 hour support, it is important that you are flexible to work shifts on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are spread between 7am-10pm, with a sleep in of 10pm - 7am (at least once a week). There will typically be two Support workers on shift.

Due to the range of support needs, your days will be varied. Drivers only please.

If you are looking to work within a well established team with a supportive Manager then look no further. It is not essential to have previous experience but knowledge of the sector would be desirable. We do also offer free NVQ`s which the Manager can arrange for you.

PLEASE NOTE that this role is open to females only due to the needs of the person we support.
