Athona Recruitment is recruiting for a band 6 RMN or CPN to work for a NHS Trust based in Community at Wanstead and surrounding East London areas , on a full-time /a part-time basis.

Responsibilities: Carrying a caseload of key worked clients, completing telephone triage and initial assessments of clients referred into service, participating in team meetings. Support with depot clinic if qualified nurse.

Skills: Qualified & experienced CPN or MH S/W or OT ideally with RiO experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a valid NMC pin

• Have at least six months experience, preferably in a similar position

• Provide a clear, in-date DBS.
