Seneca Bridge Resource Partners is an innovative and growing business currently specialising in the delivery of a range of managed partnership and campaign recruitment service but also widening its service scope to include Recruitment Technology, HR Consultancy and Learning & Development.

As part of our ongoing growth and development we are currently recruiting a part time Personal Assistant / Secretary to join the business to support the senior management team with the day to day running of the business and to support a number of interesting projects.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Effective diary management
Preparation and ongoing management of a variety of client facing and management information documents
General administration support to the company’s senior management team
Providing consistent communication, engagement, organising and arranging a variety of meetings with a variety of stakeholders including:

Clients
Candidates
Suppliers
A variety of other business associates and partners including Chamber of Commerce, networking groups and membership associations
Supporting and undertaking a wide variety of ad hoc projects such as:

Market and competitor analysis
Supporting the delivery of a new technology proposition that we are currently building and will be taking to market before the end of 2019
Recruitment industry insights
Researching relevant events such as networking opportunities and industry seminars to attend

We are looking for a candidate with previous PA / Secretarial / team administration experience and whilst not essential experience of such a role within the recruitment industry would be beneficial. Additional experience and skills that you should have include:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work at high pace and to tight deadlines
Happy working within a busy and sociable environment and willing to contribute to a positive and engaging team
Possess a natural professional, courteous and jovial demeanour
Possess strong I.T. skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and experience of working with a variety of cloud based software applications.

The role is initially part time consisting of between 12 – 16 hours per week to suit the individual and there is room for extended hours and potentially a full-time position in the future.
