Senior Care Assistant, Bristol

£9.30 - £9.80 per hour + Benefits

We are looking for part time Senior Care Assistants living in the Bristol area. You would be part of an extra care scheme which specialises in providing care for older people, supporting them to live positive, independent lives.

As their Senior Care Assistant, you will be passionate about what you do and hold the highest standards. You will be supervising and motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards of care. You will ensure that the team are supported, carry out supervisions and ensure all support plans are in place for the clients and regularly reviewed.

Pay rates, hours & benefits

* £9.30 rising to 9.80 after probation;

* 20 hours per week;

* Fully paid induction and ongoing training as required;

* Free enhanced DBS check;

* £100 welcome bonus upon completion of probation & Reward Schemes;

* On-call allowance offering £10 per day Mon-Fri and £50 per day Sat-Sun;

* 28 days paid holiday & Employee assistance programme.

What Qualifications do I need?

* It is essential that you hold a level 2 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this;
