We are looking for Support Workers in Uxbridge and Slough and surrounds cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
* Raven Recruitment looking for support workers who:
* can support someone to have the life they want to live.
* Are flexible to work in areas around Uxbridge and Slough or within the local area.
* support adult with learning difficulties and the level of support which their all individual required is very different from person to person.
* Support people we support with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, shopping, attending appointments to going out to pub to watch football, have lunch out, going to cinema and many more activities. All the activities are tailored to the person needs and wishes.
* Work very closely with the families and professionals involved in people's lives to ensure that their care and support as personalised and possible.

What we need from you
* Minimum 6 months experience of working with adults with learning disabilities
* DBS on line
* Mandatory training in health & Social care

* Two professional references
