Sales Executive – Part Time
Birmingham
Up to £30,000 (Pro Rata) + Commission + Excellent Benefits
The Company
Get Recruited are currently supporting an ever-growing creative agency who provide a full range of Marketing services for their clients both in the UK and worldwide.
They are currently looking to add a talented and energetic Sales Executive to join their team on a part time basis to work 3 days per week and work closely with the directors to drive and accelerate their growth. If you are a tenacious and ambitious sales person looking to work with a tight-nit team then this is perfect for you.
Sales Executive Responsibilities
* Generating new business opportunities with potential clients.
* Working alongside the agency Directors to devise and implement New Business
*
* Activating New Business campaigns - following up outbound campaigns on the phone and doing whatever else it takes to make our campaigns a success.
* In partnership with the agency owners, ensuring the agency’s new business strategy is tip-top and we’re maximising all our opportunities to grow.
* Managing and keeping in touch with potential clients on the new business database.
* Helping the agency to raise their profile both nationally and regionally, feeding our successes into relevant trade press.
* Hitting and exceeding, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
Sales Executive Skills and Experience
* Previous Business Development Skills within a Marketing Agency
* The resilience & tenacity to keep going until you’ve achieved your goals
* Good communication style, both on the phone and on email
* Confidence and bags of self-motivation
* Good personal organisation and time management skills
* A good business sense and a professional manner
* A relentless desire to grow the agency and deliver results
