The polkadotfrog team are currently looking for an Administrator to work for a fantastic company based in West Cambridge.
The Position:
Typical duties include:
* Taking orders for products via email and over the phone.
* Liaising with the warehouse to get the products packaged and ready to send.
* Booking transport for the consignments
* Communicating with customer to update them with delivery plans
* Ad hoc administrative duties.

Long-term the company are looking at taking on an additional member to their team, but are considering whether that person will be on a part-time or full-time basis. It’s a new position so the successful candidate would have the opportunity to take the position and make it their own.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration experience
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient with MS Office products
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
