12 WEEK TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY - PART TIME OF 20 HOURS PER WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY
YOUR NEW COMPANY:
An exciting opportunity has arise to join a highly successful company in Burnley who are looking due to expansion for a Temporary to Permanent Payroll Specialist to join their small and very welcoming team. This role will be working ideally 8am-12noon Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of £14.55 per hour (£15,132pa based on £28,000 pro rata).
YOUR NEW ROLE:
* Generate reports from the Company HR / Time & attendance system to monitor staff weekly/monthly working hours and make the relevant adjustment/ deductions for all types of pay elements in line with Company policies, procedures and statutory minimums where applicable and upload into relevant Payroll portal system
* Liaise with external Payroll provider answering queries and problem solving
* Manual administration of Pension variations on a monthly basis and upload into relevant Pension portal system
* Administering joiners, leavers and other periodic changes alongside HR
* Calculate and process all contract variations including changes of salary, job title, department, etc
* Administration of all employee benefits, liaising with scheme providers regarding new starters and leavers
* Assist with the adherence and compliance to the General Data Protection regulations regarding all employee data and personnel files
* Manage the time and attendance system and produce reports on a daily basis
* Manage internal bookings of conference rooms, pool car requests and on-site catering requirements
* Answer all incoming telephone calls and transfer to relevant departments
* Administration of Company workwear as and when required
* Stationery management for the site including stock replenishments as and when necessary

* Must be able to work with sensitive data and remain confidential in all dealings with such information and people
