Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN - Days or Nights Full Time and Part Time Available York 24/33/44 hours – £16.50p/h + Benefits £28,314 - £37,523 King Healthcare are currently assisting an award winning national luxury care home provider in their search for a Registered Nurse to work within their purpose built Elderly and Dementia Care Home based in York. The Role Paying £16.50ph with additional benefits such as NMC Revalidation, Employee Discounts, Free Parking, Market Leading Training and Development, Ample Career Development Opportunities and Fully Expensed Clinical Training. Shift patterns are 8:00am – 8:00pm on Days and the reverse on Nights on a rota basis which will involve alternate weekends. My client is seeking Registered Nurses who are either RGN/RMN qualified to offer the very best clinical care and maintain excellent standards for the residents. You should have a passion for providing 5-star care whilst also being on hand to coach and guide fellow colleagues on shift. Your main areas of clinical responsibility include: – Continuously high standards of care including the assessment and planning of care plans Medications, Catheterisations, Managing Chronic Conditions, Tube Feeding and Dressings Provide holistic care which includes ongoing assessment of care plans and ensuring residents needs are met Develop strong relationships with both your team and residents alike The Home Circa 80 bedded purpose built Elderly and Dementia Care Home split over multiple units “Good” CQC Overall Great location with good car access as well as public transport links Communal Garden, Hair Salon, Private Dining etc. Activities Co-ordinator with regular events
