Are you an individual that has exceptional resourcing skills and can demonstrate a high level of stakeholder management? 

If so we’d love to hear from you as we’re currently looking for a Digital Resourcing Partner to be a part of a new forward thinking Digital Recruitment team servicing the DfT. 

As Digital Resourcing Partner, you will play a critical role within the Digital Resourcing Team. You will be responsible for operational delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions, direct sourcing, candidate management, assessment, development and on boarding for their assigned campaigns. 

Responsibilities and accountabilities 

•Provide an expert service for digital recruitment supporting vacancy holders throughout the process. 
•Take full responsibility for all campaigns and use appropriate methods to facilitate the effective implementation and delivery of each. 
•Proactively ensure that business needs are identified and work with the Senior Resourcing Partner to determine and deliver effective recruitment strategies. 
•Demonstrate accurate measurement of, and adherence to, the contract, service level agreements and KPIs. 
•Arrange and chair campaign start up meeting to agree external contract and campaign timeline. 
•Undertake regular checks of activity to continuously measure the quality and consistency of work delivered. 
•Pre-empt and identify any risks or issues with each campaign, identify a solution and flag to the Senior Digital Resourcing Partner where appropriate. 
•Ensure Recruitment Tracker is accurate and up to date to assure a reliable source of information and therefore be able to produce robust Management on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis. 
•Regularly update the weekly note in the shared folder to ensure team members are aware of the progress of each campaign. 
•Engage with GRS to track and chase, where appropriate, any offers made. 
•Execute sourcing activities through appropriate channels for both passive and active candidate communities when needed. 
•Management of talent through ATS 
•Provide Hiring Manager with sifting/interview templates and coaching where required. 
•Regular travel with possible overnight stays will be required meeting Stakeholders in London, Bristol, Nottingham and Southampton. 

About you 

As the ideal candidate you will have experience of working in a fast and dynamic environment. You will be a hands-on service delivery expert, who possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can demonstrate a high level of senior stakeholder management. Experience of 360 recruitment and working in a recruitment / resourcing environment.

The Department for Transport Resourcing Group (DRG) is a specialist in-house recruitment team. We help managers from across the Department for Transport family recruit the people they need to deliver their key business priorities. 

This is an exciting time for us as we established a new team to actively recruit people with the digital skills needed to continue to develop and build world class digital services and now due to expansion we are looking for another resourcing partner. 

Each business unit has their own unique needs and priorities. They include the Department for Transport (DfT), Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and Driving Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA). 

The DfT is using digital to improve the experience of transport and provide assisted digital support for those who need it. DfT also work with local communities to help improve users’ digital skills so they can access digital services by themselves. 

The DVSA is focusing on providing modern, efficient and sustainable technology to support their mobile workforce and build brilliant digital services. They’re working towards transforming into a digitally-enabled organisation that will help the public stay safe on Great Britain’s roads. 

As well as improving their digital services, the MCA is modernising their IT to a state-of-the-art digital working environment. The MCA will introduce major improvements to the ship registration system, seafarer training and documentation, medical examination system and vessel identification for the benefit of their customers – putting them at the heart of the process and introducing real improvements to service delivery.

Sift/interview dates and location

The sift is due to take place W/C 8th July 2019. 

First Stage Interviews/assessments are likely to be held on 17th & 18th July 2019. 

Second Stage Interviews are likely to be held W/C 22nd July 2019
