My client is looking for an experienced plant co-ordinator based in Enfield in a perm basis. This role is not logistics and the candidate must hold experience as a plant co-ordinator or a similar background
You will be required to aid the day-to-day running of the Department with focus on the necessary administrative tasks. You will be responsible for internal plant invoicing, production of reports and letters. You will also deal with phone calls and enquiries from Operations as well as managing the plant damage/ loss/ stolen procedures.
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm.
Your opinion is valued in improving our records/activities and in the development of new systems and procedures to improve performance and efficiency.
To provide in this role you will need:
- Previous Plant administration experience (Utilities desirable)
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well under pressure
- 25 days holiday
