Receptionist (part-time, 2 days)
Based: Westhoughton
Salary: £9p/hour, 33 days holiday, pension, childcare vouchers + further excellent benefits
Hours: 19 hours, working Thursday & Friday ONLY. 8am-5.30pm, this can't be flexible.
Our client is an excellent company based in Westhoughton, having recruited roles for them previously in both finance & HR we know the business well. They offer excellent benefits and look after their staff well. A growing business they are well known in their industry for their exceptional products and service on offer to the UK retail maker.
This position is a part-time post and the working days are Thursday and Friday - please only apply if you can work those days and 8am-5.30pm (there is no flexibility). Interviews will be w/c 10th July and you must be available to start soon after
Role:
- Distribute all incoming post - open and date stamp all post, distributing internally
- Operating central switchboard, screen and direct calls to relevant person within the company
- Welcome and greet visitors to the company and direct to correct destination or notify internal staff of arrival
- Issue badges for purposes of security and health & safety control
- Issue and monitor temporary access cards
- Control security barriers & turnstiles for head office
- Maintain and keep visitor's book, Fire register & company telephone lists up to date
- Arrange company travel for employees and visitors from sister companies
- Maintain Travel Diary and keep Directors up to date on all visitors from Europe and overseas
- Make all credit card purchases and keep accurate record of all transactions
- Assisting with basic finance duties - data input with invoices
- Monitor & order stationary
- Maintain and update visitor's calendar
- Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Finance Department when required
- Sign for incoming deliveries and notify relevant members of staff
- Occasional arranging of local and national courier despatch
Experience:
- Please only apply if you have recent experience from a Receptionist role (ESSENTIAL)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
