We are recruiting for a fantastic Sales Advisor to join the team at our New Vype Store in Sheffield!

As a Sales Advisor based at our Store on Eccleshall Road, you will earn up to £8.30 per hour. We also reward hard work with an achievable monthly bonus scheme! We can offer both full and part time hours, 40 hours / 5 days per week or 24 hours / 3 days per week.

Your main duties as a Sales Advisor:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Achieving individual & team sales targets to hit monthly bonus’
• Accurately processing sales & refunds through the Epos system
• Promoting our fantastic offers through marketing and leafletting
• Carrying out customer consultations to provide the best products
• Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information
• Assisting with stock counts
• Supporting the site manager e.g. keyholding, single manning site

An ideal Sales Advisor will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail
• Experience working in a sales environment
• Enthusiastic approach
• Concise numeracy skills
• Team player
• Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage- You don’t have to vape to work here!
