Adult Support Worker

0 Hour Contract - Part Time & Full Time Hours Available

TL Healthcare Services continuously work to expand our staffing team and clients whilst making sure the quality of staff remains high.

You, as a support worker should be consistent, bubbly, professional and most importantly caring at all times, showing compassion and understanding towards service users, relatives and friends. You will assist with personal care, mobility, feeding and daily activities. You will be required to complete paperwork and handover accurately (these duties are not limited and you may be asked to complete additional duties dependant on our clients requirements)

1. Have worked with learning disabilities and/or mental health in the last 2 years
2. Can speak fluent English
3. Approachable
4. Flexible
5. Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or higher)

Our recruitment process required you too have two written care related references, training refreshers, an enhanced DBS check and finished with an induction to make sure you fully understand your duties and our expectations. You will get full support and constant communication throughout.
