Job Details

Showcase your administration skills by working with our New Business Processing team in our EMEA Operations Hub, in Reading. We can offer full time, part time, flexible or job share working arrangements – please let us know your preference.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and introducers to ensure new business applications are processed accurately and timely. As a confident systems user you will pull credit reference agency reports and load credit applications into our front-end system. You’ll also be tasked with administering the pay-out process for new business transactions from pricing and proposal stage through to pay-out.

You are team orientated and have a flexible approach to work. Aside from having a strong attention to detail, your hard-working attitude and ability to work accurately during busy periods in a fast-paced environment will see you succeed in this role.

If you are an organised, enthusiastic and accurate individual then we want to hear from you!

Macquarie's business is structured into five operating groups and four support groups.

Corporate and Asset Finance Group provides innovative and traditional capital, finance and related services to clients operating in selected international markets. With offices in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe, Corporate and Asset Finance specialises in:

  • leasing and asset finance
  • tailored debt and finance solutions
  • asset remarketing, sourcing and trading.

Working at Macquarie

We believe in providing a positive environment for all our staff that is innovative and inspiring. For our female staff, Macquarie’s senior leaders are actively involved in increasing the representation of females in management positions.  In June 2014, we launched a mentoring programme for females, with the following two objectives:

  • Address female retention rates at Senior Manager level and improve our diverse pipeline of talent;
  • Engage female Senior Managers by providing tools and support around their personal development;

The programme pairs up Senior Managers with Directors, who meet on a monthly basis, and are supported by active group sessions (bi-monthly) with an external facilitator.

We select some of the brightest minds to help us in solving complex challenges for our clients.  We recognise that recruiting talent from varied backgrounds is essential to improving our understanding of the marketplace, and enhancing creativity and problem-solving capabilities in our businesses.

Because of this, our commitment to you is to create a diverse and inclusive workplace regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity or cultural background.

We make this commitment not only because it is the right thing to do but it opens up a world of opportunity, securing the future of our people, our success and our business
