Part-time Sales Team Leader (Inbound)

£Up to £27,000 (Pro-rata) + Bonus (25%) + Benefits

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Team Leader to join a key client during a time of prolonged growth. Working in close partnership with one of the UK’s most recognisable brand name telecoms companies, this role offers excellent scope to join a high performing team at a critical phase in their development.

Our client run an inbound call function, handling Sales and Retention activity for one client across the UK. With an excellent client relationship, a long-serving management team and excellent scope for future site growth, new Part-Time Team Leaders would join the business as part of a concerted effort to grow part-time talent within the site with a long-term view to this.

The role would see you manage a team of up to 15 (FTE) handling inbound sales calls, placing strong emphasis on team performance (Conversion, Productivity, AHT, Upsell/Cross-sell) and ongoing, supported team development. With an informal and relaxed working culture, the position will suit driven individuals with a strong management presence and ability to think outside the box.

The ideal applicant will be able to evidence a demonstrable track record of achievement in:

* Team Management within a targeted sales environment (inbound or outbound)

* People development and coaching

* Performance management, ensuring consistent target achievement

The right individual will be career focused, keen to develop and will possess the attitude and approach that allows them to lead from the front. Equally comfortable leading a team as they are getting their sleeves rolled up and jumping on a call to support as needed. #
