Sugarman Health are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistant's to work in a 24 hour Residential Care home based in Chester.
The role involves supporting the House manager to run the floor of a Residential Care home. Taking charge and managing a team of a Carers to provide a high quality standard of care to elderly residents of the home. The Senior Care Assistant role will cover the following duties of following care plans, writing care plans,promoting independence, personal care,medication administration, social activities/excursions, attending appointments and hoisting.
Must have previous experience having worked as a Senior within Social Care setting.Previous experience within one of the following areas is necessary due to the nature of the role NHS, Nursing, Healthcare Assistant, Hospital Work, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Support, Nursing Homes and Care.
Qualifications
* NVQ2/3+ or equivalent are highly desired
* For the successful candidates full mandatory training will be provided including Common Induction Standards, Health and Safety, First Aid, Moving and Handling, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, First Aid and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults.

Working Hours
We can offer flexible working hours to suit your individual needs. Hours available can vary from part time to full time and a range of shifts including:
* 8am to 2pm
* 2pm to 8pm
* 8am to 8pm
* 10pm - 8am
* 8pm-8am - night shifts
Pay Rate
Wages dependent on shift but start at £9
