Job Title: Staff Nurse

Service Type: Medium Secure Hospital

Location: Stockton on the Forest, York

Salary: £27,373.50 - £34,169 p/a (£14.03 - £17.52 p/h) - negotiable depending on experience + £1,500 welcome bonus

Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week / part time - 24 hours per week / other - please state your preference

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGN to join a Hospital for adults with complex educational needs or requiring acute, long-term and respite mental healthcare. The Hospital is focused on excellent recovery results for patients and their goal is for patients to be able to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible. The Hospital runs a therapeutic programme, to help patients to develop coping strategies, increase skills and resilience and enable patients to access the community to maximise their recovery potential.

The Hospital is purpose built with excellent facilities including Gymnasium and sports hall a woodwork room, Rehabilitation kitchens, a Patient-run shop and café, Music room and recording studio and Education centre and excellent transport links.
