Receptionist
Solihull – Free car parking
Part time – Monday – Friday 1.00pm – 5.15pm
Temporary to permanent
Paying £9.40 per hour
Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator?
Are you IT literate with excellent attention to detail?
Are you looking for your next temporary to permanent opportunity?

With a wealth and breadth of front of house/administration experience you be a professional, friendly communicator who enjoys a varied role where you can take responsibility and really make the role your own.
Working within a friendly team, you will be:
• Opening and distributing the post
• Meeting and greeting Visitors
• Signing in of the visitor’s book
• Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages
• Maintaining stationary levels
• Liaising with other teams to collate missing data to enable you to fully complete spreadsheets and tasks at hand
• Supporting various departments with copy typing, typing of orders and proformas, checking email correspondence, and inputting of figures working from templates – the administration element of the role could stretch to more duties as the role develops
• Booking meeting rooms and setting them up ready for use
• General office duties – scanning and filing
• Ensuring the Reception area is well maintained
You will:
• Have previous Receptionist/Administration experience
• Be a car driver as there may be some travel required to the local post office to collect/send parcels
• Be flexible to work mornings as and when required to cover sickness/holiday requirements
• Possess excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
• Be pc literate and competent in updating spreadsheets
• Have excellent attention to details and excellent accuracy whilst inputting date – you will be required to complete a data entry assessment
