Credit Referral Agent

£22,000 (Pro-rata £10.57ph) + Excellent Benefits

Shifts: 16hrs (Option 1 - Thurs/Fri 5pm- 9pm + Sat 9am-5.30pm)

(Option 2 - Sat/Sun 12pm -8pm)

Our client’s Credit Referral team, work primarily on a business to business basis, handling queries and referrals from other internal departments. In complex cases, engaging with end customers will be essential and you will need to keep a customer outcome focus at all times, within business risk tolerances. Utilising your problem solving skills and investigative nature, you will assess and investigate incoming customer credit applications, rationalising everything from credit check fails to complex potential instances of fraud.

Enabled with excellent training, armed with all the relevant investigative tools and supported by an incredibly passionate management infrastructure, your new role will see you engage with a wide range of individuals (both internal and external customers), operating to service levels within a finance focused and regulated business area. Your attention to detail and accountability for outcomes will ensure you reach the right decisions for the business, balancing commercial objectives and customer experience to the best of your abilities. Operating within a quality driven and improvement focused environment, outcomes will be measured and reviewed, with lessons learned and implemented.

To be considered for the position, you should be able to evidence a consistent background of experience with:

* Experience in a regulated contact centre environment e.g. Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Collections

* Personal or Commercial awareness of credit applications i.e. Credit Files, Credit Reference Agencies etc.

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Strong problem solving skills

* Accountable decision making

* Customer service experience
